AMERICAN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGISTS (AMT)

Please note: All Applications materials can be downloaded from the AMT website (www.amt1.com). NO MORE APPLICATIONS FORMS will be available at the Registrars office. Once the application is completed and signed, all application forms must be mailed to the AMT Main office. Test schedules will depend on the AMT letter that the applicant will receive via mail. Test can be administered through an approved computer-based Pearson Learning Center. Effective January 1, 2010: Application Fees: for RMA: $95.00 and for RPT: $83.00

Registered Medical Assistant- RMA
August 14 and 15, 2010, Saturday and Sunday

Registered Phlebotomy Technician- RPT
September 11 and 12, 2010, Saturday and Sunday
9:00am to 3:00pm

Registered Medical Assistant- RMA
October 9 and 10, 2010,Saturday and Sunday
9:00am to 3:00pm

November 13 and 14, 2010, Saturday and Sunday
9:00am to 3:00pm
